1. Scope and Provider

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the HouseLinc platform, operated by HouseLinc GmbH, Sailerstr. 3, 80809 München, Germany (hereinafter "HouseLinc"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Platform Services

HouseLinc provides a digital platform for organizing personal and property-related information, including but not limited to documents, financial records, assets, contacts and related data. The platform is available as a web application and mobile application.

The services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified or extended at any time. HouseLinc reserves the right to discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

Users must register with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. HouseLinc must be notified immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Subscriptions and Pricing

HouseLinc offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Investor, Professional). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are stated in EUR and may be subject to VAT depending on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by law.

5. User Obligations

Users agree not to:

• —Upload content that infringes third-party rights
• —Attempt to access other users' data
• —Reverse engineer or copy the platform
• —Use the platform in ways that could damage HouseLinc or other users

6. Data and Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using HouseLinc, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and features of HouseLinc are the intellectual property of HouseLinc GmbH. Users retain ownership of the data they upload to the platform. HouseLinc is granted a limited license to store and process this data for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

HouseLinc is a tool for organizing information and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information and for decisions made based on platform data. HouseLinc's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

HouseLinc may terminate or suspend access to the platform in cases of material breach of these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time. Upon termination, user data will be deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aschaffenburg, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

HouseLinc reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
